AI Training for Marketing Teams in Malaysia: Brand-Safe, HRD Corp Claimable, Built on Your Campaigns
Your marketing team brings a live brief, your house style and last quarter's numbers. One day on the 4D Framework, built on that real work, and each person leaves with a working AI assistant that writes in your voice rather than a generic one. It is the same AI Confidence workshop other teams get, shaped by marketing's questions, and claimable against your HRD Corp levy.

What The Programme Is
Same Workshop. Built on Marketing's Real Work.
This is not a separate marketing course with its own curriculum. It is the one-day AI Confidence workshop, the same 4D Framework day every team gets, with the examples, exercises and questions drawn from marketing's work. Delegation, Description, Discernment, Diligence: a structured way of thinking through AI use, not a list of prompts to memorise. AI is not a tool problem, it's a thinking problem.
What changes is the material in the room. Your team works on your own briefs, brand guidelines, long-form pieces and performance data. By 5:00 PM every participant has a working AI assistant, set up on their real marketing tasks.
What Your Marketing Team Leaves With
- A working AI assistant per participant, set up on their own campaigns and briefs, not a demo
- A house-style brief your team writes on the day and keeps, so first drafts start in your voice
- One shared method for briefing, judging and checking AI output
- The discernment to spot a generic draft or an invented claim before it ships
What Your Marketing Team Will Use AI For
Built on the Work Marketing Actually Does
The 4D Framework is taught on tasks your team already owns. These are the use cases marketing teams most often bring into the room; the exercises run on your campaigns, not on samples.
Five Use Cases Your Team Builds On
Campaign Thinking and Briefs
Turn a business objective into a campaign brief with audience, message, channels and success measures. AI helps your team think through options faster; the strategic choice stays with the people who know the market.
Brand-Safe First Drafts with a House Style
Build a reusable house-style brief so every first draft starts in your voice. Participants write it during the session and test it on a real piece, which is how the assistant they take home learns to sound like you.
Audience and Competitor Research Synthesis
Turn survey verbatims, reviews, competitor pages and social comments into a usable summary of what customers care about, checked against the source before it shapes a plan.
Repurposing One Asset Across Channels
Take a webinar, a case study or a report and produce channel-fit versions for LinkedIn, email, web and short-form video, with the message intact.
Reporting Narratives from Performance Data
Turn campaign figures into a readable performance story for leadership. AI writes the first pass; your team verifies every number and decides what the results mean.
HRD Corp claim, plainly: Sylvia is an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer, so this workshop can be claimed against your company's HRD Corp levy. Claims run through a registered training provider, as they do for every accredited trainer, and she liaises with her provider partners on your behalf. Allow about 30 days for the grant to be approved before training starts. Exact eligibility depends on your levy account. The full claim process is on the HRD Corp claimable AI training page.
Brand Voice and Discernment
Generic Is the Default. Your Voice Is the Work.
Left alone, AI drafts drift towards the average of everything the model has read. That is why so much AI-written marketing sounds the same. The workshop spends real time on the two skills that prevent it: giving context and judging output.
- Description: how to give AI your audience, your tone, your banned words and your best examples, so the first draft starts close to right.
- Discernment: how to read an AI draft the way a good editor reads a junior writer's copy, and spot the generic sentence, the invented claim and the wrong register.
- Diligence: checking facts, product details and claims before anything goes out, because a confident draft is not a correct one.
- A house-style brief your team builds on the day and keeps, so the standard does not live in one person's head.
Who It's For
Built for Marketing Teams Doing Real Work
Marketing Managers and Heads of Marketing
You need output to go up without the brand going generic. The workshop gives your team one shared method and one house-style standard, instead of ten private experiments.
Content, Social and Brand Teams
You produce more than anyone else in the organisation. A structured way to delegate first drafts and repurposing, while keeping voice and judgement, changes what a week looks like.
In-House Teams and Agencies
The format works for a brand team, an agency team, or both in the same room. HRD Corp claims depend on the employer's own levy account.
