The AI Confidence workshop is a hands-on programme for corporate teams in Kuala Lumpur. Your team learns the 4D Framework (Delegation, Description, Discernment, Diligence), a way of thinking through AI use that outlasts whichever tool is popular this year. They work on their own tasks and documents, not on sample exercises.
By 5:00 PM, every participant has built their own working AI assistant, set up on their real work and ready for the next morning. They do not leave with notes on what AI can do. They leave with something already built. Tools will change. Thinking won't.

The Day, Hour by Hour
9:00 AM: Start at Your Office
The day begins on-site, at your office or a venue you book, anywhere in the Klang Valley: Kuala Lumpur, Petaling Jaya, Shah Alam, Cyberjaya or Putrajaya. Laptops open, AI accounts already arranged, so the first hour is spent on thinking rather than sign-ups.
Morning: Foundations and the 4D Framework
Your team looks at where AI genuinely helps in your kind of work and where it does not. They then work through the 4D Framework on their own tasks: what to delegate, how to describe it, how to judge the result, and how to follow through.
Afternoon: Build Your Own Assistant
After a one-hour lunch, each participant sets up a working AI assistant on a real piece of their job: a weekly report, a customer reply, a planning document. They test it, correct it and improve it with guidance in the room.
5:00 PM: Leave With Something Built
The day closes with every person holding an assistant they can use the next morning, and a clear idea of the next two tasks they will hand to it.
HRD Corp claimable: Sylvia is an HRD Corp Accredited Trainer. If your organisation has an active HRD Corp levy account, the workshop can be claimed against it. Claims run through one of her training provider partners, and she handles that coordination for you. The grant needs approval before the date, so allow about 30 days.
